Finalists of Draughts Competition- overall winner Aaron Foy runner up Eoin Gillespie joint 3rd Kyle Dillon and Oisin Kelly joint 4th Mark Bonner and Helena Boyle- well done to all the students in Class Eve for their participation in the competition.
TY Trip to Old Foundry and Arena 7
On Friday 4th Sept the Transition Year students visited the Old Foundry in Letterkenny as part of their team team building experience. They followed this with lunch and games in Arena 7. A great time was had by all.

Eight of our TY students involved in the Young Social Innovators project travelled to the finals in City west, dublin on 6 May. they were accompanied by Mr Mc Crea and Ms Roache. They students attended the presentations and enjoyed the experience.
TY Maths Class Measure the Circumference of the Earth!!
Mr O'Donoghue's TY mathematics students spent a sunny noon time measuring the lengths of shadows on Thursday, 19th March. Their efforts were part of the global "Eratosthenes Project" - a collaboration to collect data needed to calculate the Earth's circumference.
