On the 21st December the 4th Year Hotel, Catering and Tourism students organised and hosted A Christmas Afternoon Tea event attended by the Principal, Deputy Principal, LCA Coordinator, Canteen Staff, Secretarial Staff and Caretaking Staff of the school.
The event was a huge success and surpassed all our guest’s expectations. The students prepared, presented and hosted the event excellently and even provided some musical entertainment! We look forward to the next event to show case the high level of skill the students have developed as they continue to excel in Hotel, Catering and Tourism.
